Omar Spahi: The Modern Renaissance Man
Omar Spahi founded Ocean Avenue Realty Inc., in 2015. Omar Spahi is the largest shareholder in Santa Monica's Ocean Towers, Santa Monica's premier luxury co-op building. He also founded Wayne Enterprises Construction Inc, a Santa Monica-based construction company. As a licensed real estate agent, he works at Keller Williams. Mr. Spahi has also been featured on Million Dollar Listing: New York where he recorded the highest real estate sale per square foot. Well known for his large celebrity clientele and positive attitude. In addition to his experience in real estate, Mr. Spahi is an accomplished writer, with a broad background in creative writing.
In 2009, due to the economic crash, he filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to protect his assets. Then again, in 2010, he re-filed his bankruptcy and was ultimately able to get his plan confirmed before he found a way to restructure and move out of bankruptcy with all of his assets intact.
In 2012, Omar Spahi founded OSSM Comics. It became a highly publicized comic book company published worldwide. OSSM Comics has created over 2o titles and has been able to co-publish some with Image Comics. Some of which are Sons of the Devil by Brian Buccellato and Hadrian's Wall by Kyle Higgins. Mr. Spahi has written Xenoglyphs, Separators, and Thaniel. Among those series, he also produced several short films. Omar signed on to Executive Produce his first feature Film Code 8 directed by Jeff Chan, starring Robbie Amell.
